Easy Homemade Garlic Bread

Easy Homemade Garlic Bread

This Garlic Bread is super simple to make. The butter used in the recipe can turn any fresh bread into the best side dish. So much tastier than store bought and can be made with pantry staples.

INGREDIENTS

1/2 Block Salted Butter

1 Large Handful of Fresh Parsley (or 2 Teaspoons dried Parsley)

2 Teaspoons Miced Garlic

A pinch of Oregano

Fresh Bread

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

In a small bowl soften your butter slightly before adding the parsley, minced garlic and oregano. I would recommend using fresh herbs and mincing a couple garlic gloves however dried herbs and minced garlic from a jar or tube work well too.

Using a fork mash together the butter and herbs until well combined.

Slice your fresh bread into thick slices ( this time we used cook-at-home ciabatta rolls from Costco cut in half but any fresh bread will do).

Slather the garlic butter on your bread, making sure to go right to the edges.

Place on a baking tray and put in the oven for approximately 10 minutes.

Note:

The garlic butter can last a couple weeks in the fridge if kept in an airtight container.
