Chocolate Hazelnut Brownies

INGREDIENTS

185g Butter

210g Dark Chocolate

275g Caster Sugar

3 Eggs

100g Plain Flour

35g Dark Chocolate Chunks

35g Hazelnuts

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 170°C.

Add your butter and dark chocolate to a small pan and melt together over a low heat.

In a mixing bowl cream together the caster sugar and the eggs.

Once combined add in the plain flour and beat together.

Add the melted butter and dark chocolate to the mixing bowl and whisk together.

Crush or blend your hazelnuts, add them to the batter with the dark chocolate chunks.

Stir through then pour the batter into a pre-lined 22cm baking tray.

Place in the oven for 20- 25 minutes.

Leave to cool slightly then enjoy!
