Pink Gin and Lemon Martini

This Pink Gin and Lemon Martini has recently become my go to summer drink. It’s super simple to make, is really fresh and easy to drink

INGREDIENTS

Pink Gin (My favourite is Rives)

White Vermouth ( I’m using Martini)

Bitter Lemon

Ice

METHOD

Add a large ice cube to your glass.

Pour a shot of pink gin and a shot of white vermouth.

Top up with bitter lemon.

Stir everything together and enjoy!
