Thyme and Garlic Sliced Potatoes

Stuck with what to do with the bag of potatoes in your cupboard? Why not try these Thyme and Garlic Sliced Potatoes. They are a super simple side dish, minimal input required for tasty, crispy potatoes.

INGREDIENTS

4 Medium Potatoes

Garlic Oil

Diced Fresh Thyme

Salt

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Thinly slice the potatoes to form circles.

On two trays pre lined with baking paper add a layer of the sliced potatoes.

Drizzle approximately 3 or 4 tablespoons of garlic oil over each tray.

Sprinkle a large Pinch of salt and diced fresh thyme over each tray.

Put them in the oven for approximately 25 minutes.

Serve warm or cool.
