Nutella Stuffed Cookie Cake

Bringing you this Nutella Stuffed Cookie Cake to brighten up your Wednesday! Delicious melted Nutella between layers of soft chocolate chunck cookie, what’s not to love?

INGREDIENTS

250g Plain Flour

200g Butter

350g Caster Sugar

1 Large Egg

1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

1 Teaspoon Baking Powder

100g Chocolate Chunks

Nutella

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 170°C.

Soften the butter in the microwave for a few seconds.

Add the softened butter, soft brown sugar, plain flour, egg, vanilla extract and baking powder to a large bowl and mix together to form the dough.

Once the dough is formed add your chocolate chips and mix together.

Grease your baking tin.

Take approximately half of the dough and press it into the bottom of the baking pan.

Take your Nutella and spread a layer over the cookie dough.

Roll out the remaining cookie dough and place on top of the Nutella.

Place in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.

Leave to cool on the tray before cutting into it.
