Mocha

On these cool, dark evenings there’s something very cosy about cuddling up with a hot drink, biscuits and a film.

My current favourite drink to vcuddle up with is thus Decaff Oat Milk Mocha. The perfect balance of stove top hot chocolate spiked with a double shot of decaffeinated esspresso.

Of course you could make this caffinated if you need the kick but in our house we crave sleep currently so no caffeine for us currently!

Serves 2

INGREDIENTS

550ml Oat Milk

100g Dark Chocolate

2 Tablespoons Hot Chocolate Powder

4 Shots of Decaffeinated Esspresso

24 Mini Marshmallows

METHOD

Chop up the chocolate and add it with the oat milk to a small saucepan.

Place the pan over a medium to low heat on the stove and stir the contents until the chocolate has melted and the oat milk comes up to the boil.

Stir in the hot chocolate powder, then add your the shot of esspresso.

Place 12 mini marshmallows into each your mugs and then pour the mocha over, watch as the marshmallows float to the top of the mug.

Curl up on the couch with a film and enjoy!
