Homemade Tuna Sweetcorn Pizza

Today is definitely a pizza night type of day. The pizza of choice this Friday is one of my old favourites Tuna and Sweetcorn with some extra vegetables to top it off.

I’ve used ready roll pizza dough here, but you could make your own or buy a pizza base. My favourite premade pizza bases are from M&S (not sponsored), they remind me of naan breads and are easy to store in your bread bin for a rainy day.

INGREDIENTS

1 Portion if Pizza Dough (I’ve used ready rolled)

Tomato Puree

1/2 Can of Tuna

1/2 Small Can Sweetcorn

1/4 Red Pepper

1/4 Red Onion

Cheese

METHOD

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Roll out your dough to the size pizza you want.

Squeeze a couple tablespoons of tomato puree onto the base and spread with the back of your spoon.

Grate your cheese over the tomato base.

Finely slice your onion and pepper. Add to the top of the pizza.

Drain your tuna, add half a can in chunks to the top of the pizza.

Drain the sweetcorn and add to the top of the pizza.

Put in the oven for 10-15minutes until the crust has browned and cheese melted.

Serve hot.
