Garlic and Parmesan Greens

These Garlic and Parmesan Greens are a one tray oven bake side dish. The parmesan and herbs together with the garlic make some very simple ingredients taste amazing.

INGREDIENTS

1 Head Broccoli

1 Bunch Asparagus

1 Brown Onion

Garlic Oil

1 Tablespoon Garlic Granules

1 Tablespoon Mixed Herbs

Pinch of Salt and Cracked Black Pepper

Parmesan Cheese

METHOD

Preheat your oven to 200°C.

Roughly cut up a head of broccoli, slice your onion and cut off the ends of your asparagus to leave the tips.

Add to an ovenproof baking dish, slosh over some garlic oil.

Sprinkle over the mixed herbs, garlic granules, salt and pepper.

Grate over a small cube of parmesan cheese, then pop the tray in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.

Serve as a main or side dish.
